Plasan restarted and ramped its production line at Kibbutz Sasa to supply tens of thousands of body armor plates to the IDF and Israeli security forces during the 2023–2024 Gaza and northern border fighting, after the kibbutz was evacuated.

Plasan Sasa signed a new contract expanding its partnership with Hanwha Aerospace to supply protection kits for K9 self-propelled howitzers and K10 resupply vehicles for an Eastern European customer, assessed as Romania.

Peru’s Interior Ministry awarded Plasan Sasa a contract, via tender, to supply 56 Sandcat EX12 multipurpose 4x4 armored vehicles for the National Police, valued at approximately $23.8 million.

During the 2024 war expansion to Lebanon, Plasan continued rolling armored vehicles off the line despite approximately 15 percent of its employees being called up to IDF reserve duty, maintaining operational throughput under significant workforce disruption.
