UVision Air Ltd. established UVision USA Corporation in early 2019 as its U.S. production, integration, training, and sustainment center for HERO loitering munitions.

In October 2022, UVision USA opened a 25,000-square-foot production facility at the Quantico Corporate Center in Stafford, Virginia, to increase local HERO systems production and improve responsiveness to U.S. and international customers.

UVision continues to market and evolve its HERO family of loitering munition systems, including configurations for short-, medium-, and long-range tactical and strategic targets across air, land, and sea domains.

UVision has raised approximately $17M in funding to date and has reportedly targeted a potential Nasdaq IPO with an aspirational valuation around $3.5B.

UVision partnered with U.S.-based Mistral Inc. and in October 2025 won a multi-year, approximately $982M IDIQ contract with the U.S. Army under the LASSO program to procure, field, train, and sustain the HERO-120 loitering munition.

The HERO-120 loitering munition, designed for precision engagement of armored and high-value targets with a 4.5 kg warhead and 40–60 km range, has been adopted by U.S. Special Operations Command in a $73M deal prior to its selection for the U.S. Army LASSO program.

The nearly $1B U.S. Army IDIQ award for the HERO-120 under the LASSO program effectively elevates UVision’s system to a program-of-record status within a major NATO military.

UVision Air Ltd. is ISO-certified, indicating mature quality management processes for the design and manufacture of its HERO series loitering munition systems.
