Diehl Defence and Elbit Systems signed a strategic partnership to market and integrate the SkyStriker loitering munition in European defense markets, positioning Elbit’s system within Diehl’s portfolio.

Elbit Systems reported fourth quarter 2025 revenues of approximately $2,148.6 million, surpassing the $2 billion quarterly milestone and reflecting 11.3% year over year growth versus $1,930.2 million in Q4 2024.

For the year ended December 31, 2025, Elbit Systems reported revenues of $7,938.6 million, up 16.3% from $6,827.9 million in 2024, supported by an order backlog of about $28.1 billion as of year end 2025.

Elbit Systems’ revenues in the second quarter of 2025 were $1,972.7 million compared to $1,626.2 million in the second quarter of 2024, with GAAP operating income rising to $157.8 million from $116.5 million year over year.

For the third quarter of 2025, Elbit Systems reported revenues of approximately $1,921.6 million, up from $1,717.5 million in the third quarter of 2024, contributing to nine month 2025 revenues of about $5,790.1 million versus $4,897.7 million in the prior year period.

In the first quarter of 2025, Elbit Systems reported revenues of $1,895.8 million versus $1,554.0 million in Q1 2024, with GAAP gross profit rising to $454.3 million and operating income to $149.7 million from $374.1 million and $105.4 million respectively.

Elbit Systems reported that revenues for the year ended December 31, 2024 increased by 14% to $6,827.9 million from $5,974.7 million in 2023, indicating sustained multi year growth ahead of the stronger 2025 results.
