Nukkleus Inc. announced the closing of its acquisition of Tiltan Software Engineering Ltd., making Tiltan a wholly owned subsidiary in a deal valued at approximately 14,000,000 dollars.

Nukkleus Inc. executed and announced an agreement to purchase Tiltan Software Engineering Ltd., an Israeli developer of synthetic defense data generation, GPS-denied navigation solutions and advanced simulators, for approximately 14,000,000 dollars.

Nukkleus publicly announced on LinkedIn the acquisition of Tiltan Software Engineering Ltd., highlighting Tiltan’s more than 30 years of experience in simulation software, synthetic data generation and GPS-denied navigation technologies.

Tiltan reported delivering a high-fidelity synthetic data solution generated by its Majestic platform to a strategic defense customer for autonomous navigation training of unmanned ground vehicles, including sensor-accurate infrared imagery across diverse scenarios and terrains.

Nukkleus stated that Tiltan’s simulation platforms train pilots and operators for Israel Aerospace Industries, its synthetic data accelerates machine learning for Elbit Systems, and its GPS-denied navigation systems support Rafael Advanced Defense Systems in contested electromagnetic environments.

Tiltan’s T-BAT, described as an advanced real-time vision-based software suite for video registration, localization and navigation in GNSS-denied environments, was presented in the exhibitor listing for the MSPO defense exhibition.

Following the acquisition, Nukkleus announced that Tiltan adds approximately 30 years of defense AI simulation, synthetic data generation and GPS-denied navigation leadership to its aerospace and defense business portfolio, signaling a strategic expansion into the defense AI market.

Benzinga reported that Tiltan’s technologies focused on navigation resilience and GPS-denied operation are integrated with prominent Israeli defense firms, including Elbit Systems and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, following its acquisition by Nukkleus.
