Its TopClosure® 3S System is a non-invasive skin-stretching / tension-relief secure wound-closure device — two adhesive attachment plates joined by a ratcheting approximation strap that gradually draws wound edges together, distributing tension away from damaged margins to close large wounds without skin grafts and allow 'zip-open' re-inspection.
